Privacy Policy

I’m Daniel Hart, the person behind domaproduccion.com. This page explains how information is handled when you visit this site, leave a comment, or sign up for updates. I’ve tried to keep it straightforward — no legal jargon, just a clear picture of what happens with your data.

What information might be collected

When you visit the site, some technical information is automatically logged by the web server, including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. This is standard for virtually every website and helps me understand how people find and use the content.

If you choose to leave a comment on a post, you’ll be asked for a name and email address. That information is stored alongside your comment so the conversation makes sense, but it’s never used for anything else unless you explicitly opt into something separate.

If you sign up for an email newsletter or download a resource, I’ll collect your email address and possibly your first name. That data lives in an email service provider and is only used to send you the things you asked for.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses a basic analytics tool (like Google Analytics) to see which articles people read, how they arrived, and whether they stick around. These tools set small cookies in your browser to recognize returning visits. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics, and I don’t use the data to track individuals across the web.

Some pages may include embedded content — for example, a YouTube video demonstrating a walkthrough technique. Embedded content from other sites behaves as if you visited that site directly, which means those third parties may collect data, use cookies, and monitor your interaction. I don’t control what they do, so I’d encourage you to check their privacy policies if that’s a concern.

How your information is used

  • To keep the site running and understand what topics resonate with readers.
  • To respond if you leave a comment or reach out directly.
  • To send newsletter updates or resources you’ve signed up for — and nothing else.

I don’t sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone. The only exception would be if required by law, which hasn’t happened yet and I hope never will.

How long information is kept

Comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely. That’s mostly so follow-up comments don’t get stuck in a moderation queue, and so the thread stays whole. If you’ve signed up for emails, your information stays in the mailing list until you unsubscribe — which you can do at any time via the link in every email.

Server logs and analytics data are kept for a limited period, usually a few months, and then automatically deleted or anonymized.

Your control over your data

You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though a few parts of the site might not work as smoothly. If you’ve left comments or signed up for emails and want your data removed, just send me a note. I’ll take care of it within a reasonable timeframe, usually a few days at most.

Third-party links

Articles sometimes link to products, services, or other resources I trust. Clicking those links takes you away from domaproduccion.com, and I’m not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites. If you’re concerned, it’s always a good idea to read their policies before sharing any personal information.

Changes to this policy

If anything changes in how data is handled, I’ll update this page. The most current version will always be here, and I’ll note the date of the last revision at the bottom.

Contact

If you have questions about this policy or want to update your information, you can reach me through the contact form on the site or by email at [email protected]. I read every message and do my best to reply personally.
